Today I have been listening to my 70 MP3s almost all day long, which I just turned off to write this, but I did listen to them all 70. Is that all I have

Good news I received a call from the MRI Department of UWMC this morning confirming my appointment tomorrow. 
Why is this a good news? Well, I was scheduled for an MRI on October 8th, so this is 10 days earlier I guess someone canceled, huh
So, I’m going in tomorrow morning at 11:30. They will have me sedated, so I don’t move. Now that will be fun / /
By the way, I think I’m over-using these smiley faces, but I can’t help it

A friend called today from Hawaii. She’s a long-time friend from college. We have known each other for about 7 years now, and we have been good friends throughout the years. We haven’t been through much together, but I can say she’s a best friend. We share similarities in personality as well as principles. Well, in any case, it was nice to get updated on recent events of her and other friends. It’s a long-distance call, and yet, we chatted for over an hour, I think. I’m grateful to her that she still thinks of me.
