Kind of early, but… Happy New Year, everyone! And may it be prosperous in every way! :)

2003 has been really bad to me — with two brain surgeries and a tonsillectomy, among other things. My class reunion should be in 2005, so I pray that I get “better” enough to attend it by myself. That would be just so awesome…

Remember the Posts n Ago Today function that I wrote? Per request, I have modified it so that it produces linked titles of posts that were made n ago today instead of producing a single link to the day they were written.

You can get it here if you want. :)

I have received a few number of holiday e-mails, among other things, and I must admit that I do’t like receiving anything on holidays, because people expect something in return. I just replied to those e-mails which took me a couple of hours, and I ca’t imagine personalizing every e-mail that I have sent out for Christmas. Continue reading ‘Holiday e-mails/cards’ »

I didn’t go to church again today, and I just slept in until almost 11. It was probably packed with people anyway. I hate crowds… :(

My brother gave me his credit card for me to get this LCD monitor while ordering a customized computer system for his business. Heh… :D

My video card supports dual monitors, so I’m gonna set up my computer that way. :)

Where have I been? Well, my video card came with Half-Life and six others, including Team Fortress Classic, Deathmatch Classic, Opposing Force, Counter-Strike, Day of Defeat, and Roicochet which are very fast-paced military games. I’m not good with any of the ones I have tried so far, because I can’t use the keyboard with my hands to play them, but they are quite entertaining nonetheless.

I’m off to try the rest of ‘em… :)

I really like the plot of the movie “Paycheck,” but it lacks the suspense and futuristic elements that these types of movies usually have.

I will give it a C+. :) By the way, the moral of this movie is that future can be changed by our choices we make.

Instead of this, I got ATI RADEON 9600 SE. Its graphics are just awesome! :D

AJ got me a Christmas present from my wish list! It arrived just on time, too, and it was a very pleasant surprise since I never expected anything from anyone — especially from her!

Thank you so much, AJ… you made my day! :) Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!! :D

My mother passed away yet again in my dream in a car accident this time. You know, Koreans think that i’s a good sign if they die in dreams, or if they dream of cows or pigs which represent money. Continue reading ‘Passed away again’ »
