The people who were interested in taking over our business has notified us this morning that they have decided against it. Our offer was $17,000 which included a customized wooden extension display/board (worth $2,500+) for the kiosk, a computer (worth $1,000+), a flatbed scanner (worth $80+), a digital camara (worth $150+), two engraving printers (worth $5,000+), sufficient product samples for display purposes (worth $500+), sufficient new printing meterials (worth $500+), crystal products (worth $200+), and a month of training, not to mention the publicity we have created so far. We now have to take them all with us to Portland — more stuffs to move with means higher moving costs. Oh, well.

For no reasons whatsoever, my father often comes into my room with nothing to say, and he sometimes lies on my bed only to leave a few minutes later. He also goes through my things laying around and asks me stupidest things; e.g., with a game CD case that has graphical illustrations in his hand, he asked, “Is this a game?”. He annoys the Hell out of me.
Just leave me alone, dammit!
I think I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning… I have been feeling irritated all day today.
According to Dr. Mehmet Oz, who was on Oprah Show tonight, having sex 4 times a week is good for your health and having 200 orgasms a year will take 6 years off of your physical age. 15 minutes of daily meditation is also good for your overall health. according to Dr. Dean Omish who also was on the show.
That means I’m VERY far from being healthy… I wonder if masturbation counts. Heh.
The following is a copy of a post that I have written in the support group. I will update this post with replies, if any. Continue reading ‘Dystonia support correspondence — part two’ »
I’m going to apply for a financial aid via FAFSA on the Web and re-execute my short-term plan of going back to school as a post-baccalaureate student in the Fall.
I just updated my info on file and requested for a PIN. I can file an application by next this week, and I can update it with the new address when we move.
Next day update: I just found out that tuition fees are same for residents and non-residents up to 8 credits. So it’s all good to go. I now have apply for an admission by June 1st now that I just submitted an application for the financial aid this morning.
The inventor of the famous “CtrlAltDetele” key combination (code), David Bradley, is retiring, according to [link removed].
I didn’t know it was “invented” by someone all this time.

Tonight, I’m getting this eerie feeling that everything will be okay, and I feel a bit of assurance from deep down my stomach. It’s like someone or something is whispering into my ears telling me that everything will turn out the way I want eventually and that I shouldn’t worry. It’s a feeling of tranquillity… almost like carelessness — like “shove it up your ass, because I don’t care” kind of feeling — and yet I feel peaceful with myself. It also feels like all the burden has been lifted from my heart. Anyway, I still strange, that’s for sure.
The National Cyber Alert System “provides timely information about current and emerging threats and vulnerabilities as well as advice about protecting your computer and networks.”
Yeah, I joined both of the technical mailing lists…
There’s a new device out called Medtronic Kinetra Neurostimulator used for Deep Brain Stimulation. Now they only need one of those, of which I have two, for bilateral treatment. The patient can now even adjust the settings of the device instead of seeing a doctor 60 miles away every freaking month to do so. I feel cheated, man…
