“Scientists have come a step closer to creating a minuscule DNA computer that may one day be able to spot diseases like cancer from inside the body and release a drug to treat it.” — [full article]

Wow… 8-O

Remember our plan to open a business (kiosk) at Lloyd Center? Well, someone beat us to it with the same type of business, so we have to open a business elsewhere — somewhere smaller. My brother confirmed it with Lloyd Center a few days ago. Continue reading ‘Business location’ »

Where have I been for the last 3 days??? I have been playing “Civilization III” for about 6 hours a day on average. The game itself isn’t that exciting, but it sure is addictive. Time flies by real fast,,, 2 hours seems like 20 minutes! I even forget to stretch, drink, and/or eat which is not good for me. Come to think of it, it’s something like a hypnosis. I completely lose track of time, and I can’t even hear other stuffs around me once I get into it. Oh, well. I have all the time in the world anyway. :D

For my birthday, my mother took me out for a movie and bought me Civilization III, a dinner (sushi), and a new pillow (duck feather). But I feel alone… and a little lonesome. I need to make some friends when I go back to school, but as I said before, I think it would be a little difficult. :|

Just took the “comfort zone” test for fun… Continue reading ‘Comfort zone test’ »

“Starship may have built this city on rock and roll, but Blender magazine is tearing it down, naming the band’s ‘We Built This City’ as the worst song ever.” — [[link removed]]

I will have to say that it’s a bullshit. #50 of that list is Celine Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” — I love that song, among many others on the list!

We went to Mount Rainier National Park this time. For the record, I’m not too fond of the nature. I don’t even like to sit on the grass! I’m a city person down to the bone. Anyhow, on the way home, we… my parents, actually, spent about an hour picking some edible weeds which don’t even have a name in English. What a waste of time.
