My brother, whom I haven’t seen in over 2 years, is coming tonight to help my parents open a new business at Vancouver Shopping Mall, and he will be here for about a week. He’s going to train our two employees. I don’t know how he’s going to train them in English, though. Heh. :D But then, his English is much better than my father’s.

That’s all. :|

As some of you know, I have been taking Remeron 45mg for the last several months now, and it was working great. However, I recently switched to an online pharmacy, and they sent me a generic version of it; henceforth, it hasn’t been working for me. So I switched back to the previous pharmacy, but alas, they also gave me a generic. The two pharmacies appearantly “talked” to each other regarding my prescription, etc.

Anyway, do you know if it’s feasible that generic drugs sometimes don’t work as intended and/or as branded counterparts???

Update: Never mind. Looks like I have always been taking a generic version of Remeron, Mirtazapine by TEVA. I’m still puzzled, though, because I took the 30mg one a few hours ago, and it appearantly works. I know it works, because it makes me VERY drowsy.

Oh my God… after 4+ years of owning a computer, my father doesn’t even know how to minimize a freakin’ window, let alone the taskbar itself. I’m just so speechless! :(

Due to various reasons, I have decided not to go back to school. I don’t want to struggle through it — especially with inefficient services from PSU — all over again just to obtain a piece of paper. Even if I do get another degree, then what? I mean, even with my current degree, I don’t have any ideas of what I can do with it. So, I have also decided to get brave and look for a job from next year with some help from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. Meanwhile, I can only pray for a miracle.

When I was younger, I never thought I would end up like this… out of school, out of touch, out of place, and out of life.

I received a letter today from the adviser of School of Business Administration at PSU stating that I got accepted. Most of my undergraduate credits from University of Hawaii were transferred over, so I only have to take a few courses to get a second degree in Human Resource Management. :D

I had my first appointment with Dr. Matthew Brodsky at OHSU today, and with a few adjustments of my implants, my speech has significantly improved. I may be a little more relaxed as well. Also, I’m gonna try out a new drug (Skelaxin) I haven’t tried yet which supposedly reduce the muscle contractions.

The pulse width setting of 300~400 was too high, I think which now is 210 and an amplitude of 3.0 on both sides. Continue reading ‘First appointment’ »
