I had a meeting with a counselor at Independent Living Resources which went very well. I will be doing some volunteer work there or elsewhere to build my experiences and social network. They will also assist me if and when I need to live on my own in the not-so-distant future.
I will be going back on April 6 to discuss my needs in a workplace further.
“The Ring Two” doesn’t do ANY justice to its Japanese original and not even to its first one. I totally agree with this reviewer.

The movie “Hostage” is a very engaging thriller with two excellent plots that flow well together. Bruce Willis is certainly best in these types of films — maybe because he starred in all of Die Hard series.
I will rate it B+.

I finally went in today for an official meeting with my counselor after all that bedlam. Anyhow, she made an appointment with a counselor at Portland Community College in order for me to start the intership there. I will have to go in on the 22nd. She also suggested me to look at Independent Living Resources for social networks.
Seems like I’m heading into the direction of “life with disabilities,” which I have been trying to pretend I don’t belong to. I’m a hypocrite, I know.
