The staffs at my workplace, at least the ones I work with, seem to be pretty laid back; in fact, the whole “company” seems to be that way. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing — especially for me as an intern there — but it would take a long time to get something done. I don’t know, maybe it was because of the holiday weekend and everything. Well, in any case, I have completed all that was assigned to me almost 2 weeks ago, so I’m not worried a bit. I guess I’m just anxious to get all the projects rolling and get them completed as soon as possible… it’s my personality, what can I say!?

“Intel and actor Morgan Freeman’s movie production company, Revelations Entertainment, said Wednesday that they have formed a new venture aimed at distributing first-run movies over the Internet.” — [[link removed]]
This is how it should be in the future — especially with ever-increasing broadband speeds and its availability.
The movie “War of the Worlds” is actually quite good with jaw-dropping special effects despite all the negative reviews — especially if you ignore the narration at the beginning of the movie. As this review mentions, why would such an advanced civilization be envious of us for millions of years? This was not explained in any way.
I will give it an B+.
