“Microsoft took the wraps off Internet Explorer 7 Tuesday, releasing the new ‘preview’ version of its Web browser to the general public for testing.” — [[link removed]]

Despite of the fact that it’s not extensible like Firefox, I like IE 7 — especially its Quick Tabs and Anti-Phising features. Nevertheless, I won’t be switching back as I’ve gotten too used to Firefox extensions.

UPDATE: Beside [link removed], IE7 apparently doesn’t handle JavaScripts properly, rendering some sites useless.

Check out cuteoverload.com… you’ll be awed! :)

The movie “Underworld: Evolution” isn’t that bad for its genre, but it’s not better than its first one, either. For a movie that’s assumably targeted to teenage audiences, in my opinion, there are too many sex and nude scenes. Awesome CGs nonetheless.

I’ll give it an B. :D

The appointment with my new VR counselor went fairly well. He’s gonna have me take more of a formal training from a developer (kind of like a mentor) of my choice for 3 months, and if I do well, that person will recommend me to his/her connections. This person will also let the potential employees know of all the incentives (tax exemptions, etc.) for hiring people like myself. Anyhow, I have to go back on February 1 to formalize it.

Life is… hard. :|

I’ve put up a new b2 board since the one at licklinux.com has shut down indefinitely. So, if you’re using b2, let’s create a community there! 8-)

One of my high school friends actually contacted me tonight! 8-O And she’s in touch with the other two. Talk about the power of the Internet… :)

I’ve received a certificate from Portland Community College for my six months of internship. Considering that I already hold an BBA from University of Hawaii, this is no big of a deal, though.

I’m scheduled to see my OVRS counselor on the 20th to plan the next phase.

Looks like there still are some issues with the server as its PHP isn’t processing variables properly. I created a support ticket, so I hope this gets fixed soon. o_O

UPDATE: Apparently, “register_globals” wasn’t turned on when they re-installed PHP on their server.
