I’m selling my Linksys WRT54GS v2.0 here [link removed], and I’m replacing it with a ZyXEL X-550. :)

Over a year ago, my family was using VoIP for about 4 months; however, I was having disconnection issues with my DSL, so I had to cancel the service. I went in to my workplace this morning for a site assessment to assess my special needs. OVRS is gonna buy me a laptop with a built-in Wi-Fi card, Office 2003, DreamWeaver 8, OnScreen keyboard, 4D Wireless RF Hand Trackball Mouse and a headset for DragonDictate. Unfortunately, however, NaturallySpeaking 9 doesn’t work for me because of my speech impairment which is a bummer.

But I’m getting a laptop! :D

Oh my god, that’s the worst video (Net Neutrality) that I’ve seen in my life…

I had another appointment with my neurologist today because of the speech problem. I went back to the previous settings with a voltage of 3.6.

I feel a little more tense, but I will have to wait and see as it’d take months for my brain to adapt. :|

I’ve finally landed on a job! It’s a contractual job which will be converted to a permanent one in January 2007. Apparently, the interview went very well that even though they’ve chosen another candidate for the position, they also decided to hire me as well. I believe my job title will be Data Coordinator, and my start date is August 21.

Yay! :D Continue reading ‘Got a job!’ »
