My maternal uncle — her husband — arrived this morning from S. Korea. They’re in the process of immigrating here legally after a decade my mother requested it. If all things go as planned, they will be running a small apparel store in Las Vegas which isn’t too far from here. I really hope everything goes well for my mother’s sake.
