One of my favorite cartoons when I was young was a Japanese one called Crayon Shin-Chin, and I found it on YouTube! While the quality isn’t that great, I STILL LOVE IT! 
I prefer the subtitled ones with original voices, though. Now only if I can find Galaxy Express 999…
